[Resolved] Tata Sky — Not good service. | |||||
I did complaint regarding tata sky signal in costumer care in the month of feb 2017 . he told me go throw my guideline i will set signal frequency but we failed in that attement. the costumer care executive was saying don, t worry we will send technician. i am waiting for technician, again i called 9th march 2017. the technician came and said your LMV has been damage the charge will apply 350. i said tata sky box is in warranty, no problem you can go i will talk with local tata sky person where i purchased.then again technician come back and set LMB box and he told me no charges will apply. but after few minute TV signal gone i called in costumer care he was saying i registered your complaint will refund with in four hours after long time i talk with svata she said we will call you 13 march this is costomer service?
