Tata Sky — not looking after complaint

My name is girish Kedia and my account number is [protected] Well from the past few weeks, I am facing big problem with signals. I call for my complaint and after 24hrs technician comes and try to solve problem but he cannot and leaves me with 60-70% signals where most of the channels doesn't work. This happened for two weeks. On Sunday morning. 24th of may, technician comes and changes the position of DTH but the problem continues. He states that he will come tomorrow with senior technicians. Next day i.e., on Monday 25/05/2015 he comes again and removes by DTH and goes by informing that tomorrow we will replace your DTH with new one free of cost. Now next day comes i.e., Tuesday and no one came to my house. I called the service center again in afternoon and they said me that your complaint is showing on hold Then I called the technician who came to my house. After making so many calls he finally picks up my call and simply tells me that today our office is closed so we will not come to your place. I asked him why did u removed my DTH?. I also stated him that at least few channels were working. And he just hung up the phone and didn't picked after that. I don't understand why the technician removed my DTH without replacement. Another major issue is that on Sunday the technician who came took rs200 from me saying that it's the service charges. I refused to pay as service centre told me that their are no charges if there is no physical damage. Then the technician stated me that company will deduct from your account if you will not pay.. Now here I am sitting with no DTH services for more than 72hrs
