[Resolved] Tata Sky — not providing dish | |||
My Subscriber ID is [protected] I have taken Tata Sky connection 6 to 8 months back that time I got only Tata Sky Setup box because in my society there is common dish already available for all hence installer person did not handed over me dish. Now I have shifted to somewhere else and there I need my dish for that I have already raised a request (Request # SR[protected] but I came to know from customer care that in system its showing Kit (Setup box, Dish, etc..) is already given to customer and they are saying to purchase again. I have called that person who came last time for installation he said you just raised a request you will get free Dish and cable from company but you have to pay installation charges (Rs.300) I am Ok to pay installation charges but why should I purchase again when I did not received my Dish. I am not going to pay for dish becasue I have already paid for it. The request has been closed without intimation to me. I am facing this issue since 3 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After 2 days Installation person came at my home with dish and cable and he installed the dish and resolve the issue. Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
