Tata Sky — not providing service as per my plan

Tata sky is not providing full service as per my plan.When I used to call on Tata sky customer care, they all the time keep me in waiting and never connect me to their executive to talk.Even when I select "Call me Back" option, they have not even called back me once.I have tried this option 10 times as well.I am paying Rs. 425 INR (Lump Sum) every month and I am able to see only 4-5 channels. I am facing this problem from last one month.Please make tata sky to refund my money and instruct them to give me service as per my plan.
