Tata Sky — Not providing subscription id | |||
Sunday i.e. on 31st January 2016, I have approached to Tata Sky call centre for installation a old connection in new place/address. The Call center has forwarded the call to the nearest service/franchise center in Delhi and a mechanic visited my home and told that my connection is old and need to be converted into latest version, total expenses would come to Rs.1000/-. Then I took a decision for a new connection. For the new connection he charged to me total Rs.1930/- inclusive of installation charges and cost of the disk connection with cable and all. . Now, my concern is that I have not been given any bill. I am not getting subscription ID number, even after pressing HELP BUTTON on remote control. Was this information helpful? | |||

You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. Procide them your old tata sky subscriber id and I am sure they will look into your matter provide appropriate resolution.
