Tata Sky — Not receiving all the subscribed channels

Sir, since last two months we are not receiving any channels above 425 although we have subscribed many of them. My subcriber ID is [protected]. I have registered my complaints several times on the helpline number advertised by TATA SKY, but nobody has attended my complaints yet. Please send your engineer and set right the problem as early as possible because I am regularly paying for the channels and still I am not receiving them. Do the needfull urgently.
