Tata Sky — Not receiving HD channels and many other channels

Hi, My subscriber Id for Tata sky is[protected] and I am using it for one Year now.First my registered Mobile number is removed from my account and they haven't resolved that yet.And now since 31march my set top box is not receiving proper signal.I have tried several times to call the helpline no, but in vein.If they are not going to solve this soon, they will loose the faith of numerous customers for sure.FIX IT SOON...OR I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER.
