Tata Sky — Not receiving of signal at dth service | |||
I am a user of tata sky dth service bearing customer id [protected]. I have recharged for rs. 315/- on dt: 24/07/2016 but after recharge i am not getting service from the co., when i start the set top box a message displayed on my t. V. Screen that set top box is receiving no signals. Regarding this when i complain to service provider they told me that visit charge of a technician will charge rs. 200/- to solve the problem. I want to ask why should i pay visit charge because receiving of no signal is not my problem if you cant give service then refund my rechrage along-with charge of set top box. Kindly resolve my problem oterwise i shall take a legal action on your cost Was this information helpful? | |||
