Tata Sky — Not receiving signal , not getting proper answer from your customer care

My tata sky Id is [protected] . I'm having a problem with receiving signal from last 8 days. & not getting a proper commitment from your customer care. My complaint no is HI7BREM & scheduled date is 20/4/2015 . If i'm not able to watch any channel for a month or a half & I'm getting this type of service from service provider then why I'm paying such a big amount of money.
