Tata Sky — Not receiving Signal on second room TV | |||
Tata sky ID [protected] I am not receiving signal on my second room TV connection foe about two months. I complained on their email: [protected]@tatasky.com on Sept 1, 2015, then on Sept 10, 2015 and then on phone to Helpline[protected]. The problem is not solved. I requested them to disconnect my second room connection, but there is no reply. Their help line is most unhelpful. For making complaint first you listen advertisements and unnecessary information, for which I pay to mobile company. After long time some associate will come on line and ask the silly information which is already with them. Was this information helpful? | |||
