[Resolved] Tata Sky — not receiving signals or several channels | |||
I am your customer since 2007 vide customer no. [protected]and presently the company has been categorized as premium customer. Since last 15-20 days i am facing a serious problem. Owing to this the set top box is showing that "due to bad weather" signals are not receving or many time there are several channel are not there. It may be noted that this problem with the set-top box having recording facility where as in the other box there is no such problem. In this regard i have made 4 complaints, but till today there is solutions. It appears that the technicians have not detected the exact reasons. Finally today the technician visited has stated that it is due to the three joints in the service cable and it is required to be canged and for this i have to pay. I want to submit that as there is no fault on my part why i am required to pay because at the time of installation i have paid the charges for the instalation cable, therefore if the authorised person is made any fault or did bad work then i should not be penalized for the same.
