We are unable to view our subscribed channels in spite of recharging due to the ongoing upgradation process.We are frequently coming across these kind of excuses and despite trying the measures suggested by the consumer care, we couldnt receive the services properly, except a few channels.I hope you would consider this problem seriously and fix it as soon as possible
