[Resolved]  Tata Sky — not reception of services after repeated request

My Tata sky id is [protected] (Mob [protected])
1) I Have requested to temporarily deactivate my account from 24th May 2019 to 3rd June 2019. It was accepted over toll free but was not executed as I have come know yesterday
2) My Tatasky TV is not running so I requested to schedule Technician yesterday. But unfortunately even after 5 callls to toll free no technician has neither called not arrived at my address.

The kind of service I am getting is very poor.
