Tata Sky — Not Recieving HD Channels

I have a Tata Sky multi TV connection. My Connection No is [protected] One HD and another Non HD. But since last three months I am not getting HD Services on my TV. I m only getting non HD channels and that too a no of earlier available channels are not available now. I have made the compliant a no of times but nothing has been done to rectify my problem. The customer Care is also not at all helpful rather they are getting abusive.
