[Resolved] Tata Sky — Not refunding money after stop service

Subscription id: [protected] i paid money for relocation but they could not do the relcation of my connection because scaring or supporting local cable operator.
So they agree to refund money because unable to relocate connection. But after 2 months no result. Many times complaint to costomer care but every time they only appriciate my patient without refunding money and not forget to opologize. I think this is the part of cheating by company.

Updated by Litchee from 2 months they are working on this issue. Everytime same answer i receiving from them without any result, this is the way of cheating with costomer.
