Tata Sky — Not reinstalling DTH even after repeated request

My subscription ID is [protected]. I have requested to reinstallation of my DTH to my new moved house. It has been since 20 days still no technician came to install. I have called coustomer care executive more than 40 times .But, The have been telling everyday, ' technician will visit today itself.' Still my problem not resolved. How long I need to wait for reinstallation. I have been losing so much money for calling coutomer care executive and DTH recharged amount. Such a worst sevive I have never seen . Please donot buy tata sky ever.
