Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that Iam your existing Hd customer whose registered mobile number is [protected] due to lack of services from your end Iam going on stopping and lowering down the packages.Iam not able to view few of tamil channel and hinds channel.Even after calling and requesting so many time to send the engineer at my resident.
Earlier all the channel were coming, now 3 month before after the engineer visits, Iam not able view the channel and you people also charged me for that.
Do the needful ASAP
