Sir I am jammi Raghavendra Rao tatasky dth subscriber I'd no.[protected].Today I called their customer service telephone and spoke them about the paid channels. He said they are not ready. I got a message on my whatsApp subsequently asking me send messages for each channel I want to pay quoting their channel number. And they wanted that I should send separate messages quoting their channel numbers in a proscribed format. They are not willing to heed my request and many times they send a autogenarated standard message to submit my request for ADD and Delete channels My cellphone no. registered with them is [protected]. This is a clear violation of TRAI directives and to continue their old system as long as possible. Then I have sent another message to give me access to free channels only from 29th dec. For this also their autogerated answer I am receiving. So sir please ensure that I get free channels only from 29th dec, so as to enable me to inform them the particulars of paid channels in their standard format. The unsavoury feature with tataSky is that they mix their own channels soliciting customers subscription. Please sir put an end to this practice. Was this information helpful? | |
