I had applied for tatasky today online.
I had told him that I'll will get ten hd and Tensports in that anually package he told yes but i didn't get it now it a heavy loss for me i want my total money back or i want the ten hd and Tensports or else I'll remove my other 3 connections from my house.

I had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you with the packages you were promised.
