[Resolved] Tata Sky — not solving my problem and taken visit charge continuously by cash

I am complaining from last 6 to 7 days ... I didnt get any proper resolution... They are just making fool and collect visit charge by cash.. I mailed on nodal officers about my complain.. But they are also just giving execuses.. That we will send senior technician within one hour... And we are just waiting like fools... But nobody is attending..they dnt even told us that whats the problem...they just solve it for an hour or two.. And take their visit charge and go.. After 1 or 2 hour again set top box is out of signal... Totally harrassed by the service..
