Tata Sky — Not working after transferring | |||||
Hi, Recently I moved to a new house and I raised request to get the tata sky box transferred. It was done but I've been facing signal issues after that. I complained about the same but it didn't helped. The repair guy came and said that some part needs to be changed then only it will work. Even after changing the part there has been no improvement in signal quality. Now, after calling the customer care again and again and reporting multiple times there has been no action taken on this. I'm getting charged again and again for part replacement and transfer of tata sky that too without any satisfaction. I had earlier shared my registered mobile number in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your signal issue asap.
