I have been retained by tata sky by promising ultra pack for 1, 999 last year in april 2017 for a year, i have been promised that no additional charges will be levied to me i. E relocation or engineer visit etc. Since my previous building (Cosmos jewels) had the big tata sky device (Chatri), they did not let me get my tata sky device (Chatri) from the other location where i was living (Sudarshan sky garden). I called up the offer department guy to confirm that what how about my chatri, when i will shift to a new place. That fellow assured me that since i am into offer, i will get relocation free and plus a new chatri. So, did not took my chatri from sudarshan sky garden.
Now when i have moved to a different place, tata sky guys are harassing me and tortured me by calling for relocation money plus chatri additional charges. Plus they said.. We donot have made any offer like that. Their employees lied that... They cannot see any payment is made or any information is written with respect to the offer department.
Last year same thing happened to me, when the zonal head of tata sky addressed me and called me up and assure me that no further problems will come in this respect.
But i can see, tata sky is only about taking money and zero customer satisfaction, no compliance team to verify, no data storage facility, unprofessional customer executives.
Tata sky there are loads many service providers, one bad experience can impact lots of customers.
Very bad experience of fraud!!
Even after telling the name of the executive and sharing his ext number they are saying... There is no such employee, and no such extension number and no data of last year. Was this information helpful? |
