[Resolved] Tata Sky — on a daily basis being notified to pay when i have recharged with rs 2000 on september 26. 2017.

I had a yearly payment package. I am planning to move to another location in a few months. So i recharged with rs 2000 on september 26, 2017 to tie me up until my move. But i keep getting sms pay immediately. Today's sms says it will be disconnected today. I had talked to two gente men in last few days and explained it to them. Why can't a company like tata sky take care of this small problem? Obviously it is a programming problem. Fire the programmer who can not take care of this small glitch.
