Tata Sky — ONE OF MY TATA SKY DIGICOMP IS NOT BEING DEACTIVATED | |||
Inspite of my repeated requests to Tata Sky DTH to get one of my Digicomp(Digicomp no. :[protected] to be deactivated, it has not been done till date. 4 days have elapsed since my first contact, but the simple matter of disconnecting the service has not been done, by Tata Sky. Everytime i contact the customer care, i'm being told that the matter has been taken up on a priority basis and it would be done the same day, but it has turned out to be just a talk and nothing else. This is not the first time that i have faced problems with Tata Sky Services and this despite the fact that I'm probably one of the oldest customer of Tata Sky. I would like to point out here that my Digicard no. is[protected].
