[Resolved] Tata Sky — Online payment for DTH Annual access fee but they demanded more money | |||||
Dear Sir, Client no.[protected]. According to TATA SKY customer care representative Anju's telephonic call on dated 29/12/2016 Rev 2 Annual HD dhamaal access fee (special offer by company) will be 3135 Rs. I paid this amount dated (30/12/2016) before last date (31/12/2016) but again Rev 2 Annual HD dhamaal access fee could not be renewed & they are charging daily basis from 01 jan 2017 (Information by sms).Again I requested to TATA SKY Cs.C. to close my account immediately but they deny and told that you have no balance on your account and they are unable to provide hard or soft copy of bill at this time .At the time of payment window showed the dhamaal mix annual pack Rs. 2200 for SD & Rs. 3135 for H.D.. Now I want my refund. Till now no bill statement shown online. Was this information helpful? | |||||
