Tata Sky — online recharge amount not reflecting

I recharged 200 rupees to my tata sky dth subscriber number [protected] via my icici bank mobile app. Transaction id of the same is bil/rchg/[protected]/tata sky/[protected]. It does not reflect on my dth account on the home screen. A few minutes later a smaller recharge of 50 rupees from the same bank account to the same dth box reflected immediately on the tata sky home screen but the earlier 200 rupees recharge is still not reflecting.
