Tata Sky — Only 10 channels are visible - Worst Service Ever

Worst service ever!!! Though we have subscribe for annual pack, we are not able to see more than 10 channels since last 15 days. We have tried reaching customer care so many times, but we never could connect to them. On website, "We are upgrading our systems. In case you face any signal issues, please SMS NS to 56633 or give a missed call on[protected] in order to schedule a site visit by our technician to rectify this.".. We have given missed call on this number so many times, everytime we get the message saying technician will visit you soon. But no one has ever turned back.. No way to connect to call center... Can you please ensure to return back the amount which we have paid for the service which you could not provide.. Worst service ever!!!
