[Resolved] Tata Sky — over charging for service | |||
Tatasky always has problem with signal.. Very disappointed with the service. When called customer care he told us to pay rs250/- for technician. Every time they are charging extra for their signal problem. Worst dth connection i have ever seen. Looting consumers. There should be some maintenance free service is to be done by them. But they refuse to do it even for software problem due to software update over air by them Was this information helpful? | |||

Only getting call No one comes and do the service. They don't have local people even at Chennai to sort out the issue. Only call from BPO at Pune or Hyderabad call.No local phone number to call back. They expected customers should be available at their call. How it is possible
