Tata Sky — pack modified without consent | |||
Our tatsky pack was modified without our consent. First it started with the service on 23rd april 2020. Where we there was no signal and we have registered a complaint with customer service. Customer service clearly said that there will not be any charges for sevice as it is free as per company rule. Later the service agency called and said that since this is lockdown period the service agency informed that there is no technician and we are sending the technician from out side which is a paid service. I thought the charges would be some 100rs or 150rs, but latter after the sevice technician visited for service he was demanding me 500rs. This was bought to the knowledge of the the customer service and registered the complained. Latter on 25th april 2020 i suddenly got a message that the packs are modified and my monthly subscription charges are some 5000rs aprox. Actually my subscription charges are just 650rs approx. This modification was done without our consent. This is purely a security breach of my account and i have registered the complain in customer service again on the same issue. But the customer service didn’t take any action on the culprit. The service dealers are doing this kind of misbehaving with the customers and i am really surprised that tata sky is having such big security issues.
