[Resolved] Tata Sky — package charge on account has been revised after commitment from tata sky | |
Hello, guys I am a current subscriber of tata sky service and using it from last 9 year. Tata sky has provided me the dhamal mix package as reduced rates and committed to the same service for a lifetime in a reduced rate as part of lucky customer scheme. But they have broken their commitment and revised the charges of my account to 299/- rs per month without any information, message, and email. I tried to contact them and also opened a number of complaints to get it resolved. But there is no proper feedback or discussion by tata sky associates. Service of tata sky is just pathetic and would like to switch to the other provider though i am using tata sky service from last 9 year. I have opened the number of complaints with them and below are the complaint numbers. • 109yy47o • 1097z7e9 • 1004mc4d But no one care to resolve it as part of customer satisfaction. This is to inform you that tata sky is taking charges for dd national and not providing the channel when there is match going on. They say supreme court order but they are not providing any proof for this order. Please take a ligal action on tata sky
