[Resolved] Tata Sky — Package upgrade without my permission | |||
My mobile no-[protected] & ID [protected]. My monthly package is Rs 685/ monthly but this month my mobile received a sme for tata sky amount Rs. 1056/- without my permission . under these circumstances you are requested for deactivate the extra charges channels and credit the amount in my account immediately. I have already submitted the complaint on customer care center on 31/01/17 but they refused to take action. Was this information helpful? | |||
