[Resolved]  Tata Sky — pairing error 14 not resolved

I was out of station for 3 month so not reached my tatasky and today I am back and reached my tatasky account but not getting any chennel when I call customer care they are asking service fee of 150 for resolving issue after asking 1st customer care person disconnected call after try anther person asked same deltas and explain if I change service how much I need to pay or pay rs 150

Please resolve as soon as possible.
