[Resolved] Tata Sky — pairing error 14 this is the wrong card for this set top box | |||
Hi i didn`t recharge my tata sky last month, but when i came back from vacation and recharge it today on 7th nov 2019 at 8.00 am there is a message pop up on tv "this is the wrong card for this set top box pairing error 14. Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible. My subscriber id is [protected]. This company used to call me every other day explaining and asking why i have not recharged. Now when i recharge and looking at the similar complaints of thousands of people it seems they are intentionally creating problems to those who skipped their recharge. This is ridiculous. I am not gonna advice anyone to go for tata sky anymore. We are living in 2019 where technology has been advanced to an great extent and today we need good service and customer support. When i called the toll free no it is deliberately ignoring the menu option 1, 2 and even after putting dozens of trials. When i tried to chat with bot on fb i can`t proceed simply because i don`t have access to my registered mobile number. I am really fed up tata sky. Was this information helpful? | |||
