[Resolved]  Tata Sky — pairing error

My tata sky i'd no having [protected] currently not getting any signal. It shows message like this, "this is the wrong card for this set up box (Paring error)" also showing nds no:[protected] digicard id is[protected]

I try Customer care no last 4 hour and same word say your waiting time 10 min
regarding i have not watch DD National 17 Sep - India vs Australia cricket match but also pay free channel DD National .

Hi, as per the order of the Honorable Supreme Court of India, cricket telecast is not available on “DD National”. You can watch the live telecast on channel no 455 or 460. Please refer to the Supreme court order by clicking https://goo.gl/r13wAz.
I didn't use the service for 2months. Then i recharged tonight but it is not working.
On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"
My subscriber id is [protected]
Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

Hi, we've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set-top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
