[Resolved]  Tata Sky — pairing error

I've recently faced a problem on my tatasky set top box showing a message that it's the wrong digicard inserted. I don't know what's causing this trouble. I haven't done anything wrong and it's just as the way it was. For a few days we were a little bit inactive after this the set top box is showing this error. The customer care and all is hopeless. Hope it gets resolved soon.
