Tata Sky — pairing error for tata sky

I was not using the connection for more than 2 months and once i'm back switched on my tv i found this pairing error please help me get this sorted out as soon as posible
I have recharged for watching tv so please get this sorted at the earliest. It s a bit frustrating on why i get such errors from a reputed company please sort this out
