I was not using the connection for more than 2 months and once i'm back switched on my tv i found this pairing error please help me get this sorted out as soon as posible
I have recharged for watching tv so please get this sorted at the earliest. It s a bit frustrating on why i get such errors from a reputed company please sort this out

I was away for more than a month, on coming back when trying to access Tata Sky I receive the following error.

"this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"

My subscription is active and the due date for recharging is 30th Sep.
