[Resolved]  Tata Sky — pairing error (wrong card) #14

Address:H24 Satyam Vihar , Awas Vikas 1,, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, 208017

I've recharged my tata sky id after few months, now i recharged my id, now showing this number, please resolve my problem. Channel no. 100 is working but remaining channels shows the message ' this is the wrong card for this set top box'. I am a loyal customer of tatasky for a long time and i don't want to switch to another company. Please resolve my problem asap and please inform me immediately if you can.
