[Resolved] Tata Sky — pairing error. wrong card for set top box error | |||
I wasn't using tata sky services since a few months because i was out of station. Now when i connected the set top box, i was notified that the card was wrong (Pairing error). My subscriber id is[protected]. It shows like this: This is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). This is then followed by nds number and digicard id. Please resolve it asap. I have not recharged dth for 1 month. Then after recharging rs 249 tamil curated pack i see that i am getting error saying that this is wrong card for this set up box. I removed and reinserted the card but nothing worked. Please solve this issue.
