Getting error "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error)

Digicard i'd is[protected]

I didn't turn on my tv since long.
Please do resolve it at earliest.
Before that it was working pretty fine
And yes please remove this min. 350 word requirement, its like writing essay in a school.
