[Resolved]  Tata Sky — pairing problem with tata sky router

Hi this is Mayank here, we’re having this issue of (Pairing error) from past 1 day. This is the first time we’re facing this problem. As others says, that their tv doesn’t switch on from long time, but ours switches on everyday. Help us or guide us how to fix this problem as soon as possible. We expect from tata sky to look into this problem.

Hi! Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
