The interaction i had with Tata Sky customer care in last half an hour was nothing put pathetic.
I was continuouly getting calls from Tata Sky customer care from last few days. I picked once and since i was busy i asked him to call me in the morning. But i kept getting calls.
Today i picked the phone. Below is the talk transcript (quality of talk was again pathetic)
"Sir maine information dene ke liye phone kiya hai. Your package is this, your amount left is this . You need to recharge this amount. We also have one more information. We have launched a new channel active games on this number. If interested you can watch this channel on this number"
And i said "So this was all you have to say. Fine" and kept down the phone.
Immediately i got message saying the channel got acitvated on my TV. (This is utter Fraud).
I called your Customer care . The guy kept me waiting for 12 mins and out of frustration i kept down the phone.
I again called and asked them to remove the channel immediatley and take up a complain. They said if they take up the complain they won't be able to remove the channel.
I asked to remove the channel. I was told that due to some issue channel is not getting removed so i will send a mail to my senior. (It was activated but couldn't be deactivated - what )
The call quality was again very very bad. It ate my almost half an hour and i am fed up. (In what world we are still living).
