[Resolved] Tata Sky — pathetic customer service & refund process for cancellation | |||
- absolutely shocking behaviour for a company the size of tata. Hope, pray and wish that their business fails due to lack of the following culture of poor management, and they end up closing shop and wind up in the ditches. - pathetic customer service. - un-ethical refund process. - uneducated contact centre personnel and seems like lack of tool and process training. - non-existant management personnel and perhaps need to be fired for their third-rate management of contact centre. - refund sought on your tata sky account - [protected] late october due to non-availability of tata sky at new residence. - several broken promises on delivery of cheques. - almost seems like a delay tactic so customer doesn’t gets frustrated and stops following up on refund. - senior, upper and executive management should be ashamed on the absolutely disgraceful performance of the company when a customer cannot be refunded and no updates given. - should be rated as the no. #1 company on the top list of india’s third-rate companies. - would positively campaign within colleagues, friends and relatives to move their service away from this third rate service into someone who cares for customers.
