Tata Sky — Pathetic Level of Customer Service | |||
I, TataSky subscriber number [protected] have been facing signal issues since last 5/6 days and I filed my complaint with TataSky customer care on 29th April morning. I was assured of a revert in 24 hours. After the 24 hours lapsed and no one contacted I made my second call to customer care. Subsequently a TataSky technician called on my cell 2 pm on 30th April and told me that he would be visiting my premises shortly. After 5 pm when I enquired with him when he was coming he said that his shift was over and he wasn't coming. Since then I have called the customer care number 3 more times, every time I have been given the same false commitment that some technician would call and my problem will be solved. Net result is that I am still not getting signal on my set top box and still cannot view the channels. Was this information helpful? | |||
