Tata Sky — Pathetic Response

I have been trying to reach TATA Sky customer care since two days on their customer care no. mentioned in website and displayed in TV and all I get is indefinite waiting. The answering machine or recorded message even though mentions the waiting time, but the time unit looks like is not for this planet..6 minutes for them means 6 hours, , , And once I chose the call back option and now more than 48 hours gone and no call received.. I have never seen such a poor and pathetic response from any service provider in the country. For discontinuing services they are prompt if payment gets delayed by seconds or minutes...Unfortunately I have left no option left but to use TATA Sky as the society whihc I live in has tied up with them.
