Tata Sky — Pathetic service and breach of trust | |||||
My name is Rajneesh and I am using tata sky sice 3 yrs.It was pleasant experience with tata sky for 2and half year.but from these 6 month I am 2 nd time facing pathetic service and breach of trust from this company.in month of july I transferd to pune, after relocation request around 6-10 has taken to complete my relocation and when I ask for these period my subscription loss...answer was..."SORRY SIR WE CANT HELP YOU OUT..SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE"..that time I left the issue... but now its BLUNDER I have recharge my TATA sky on 14 nov and after this some technical error was appearing on my setupbox.i complained to customer care for the same ...its been 3 time I have called then and ask for status, but till now it has not been resolved...now today I got msg that mt subscription is going to expaire...what about my last one month subscription amount?????????????? One side they are not fulfill customer need and We the customer are sufferer...why??????? I need my tata sky subscription of this duration is back and technical error should be resolved..
