Tata Sky — Pathetic service & ill legal charges

Dear sir, Subscriber id: [protected] I have been cheated by TATA Sky services.. The problem of signal quality & strength of TATA Sky i am facing since past six months.. I was asked to replace the dish which costed me Rs.400 .. There was no problem with the dish antenna..STill i was foirced by TATA sky to change dish, , even after complaining soo many times to tata sky Problem is noty sorted out. Still i am not able to view clear picture.. I am making all regular payments ti tata sky recharge. I have faced mental harassment and incompetant services. Whole month i was not able to view the TV reason there is no proper signal given by tatasky and still i have to pay for monthly recharge.. My TV is in good working condition.. I had requested earlier to reverse the charges levied in my account for replacement of dish..also problem has not been resolved.. charges Rs.400 +recharge amount of Rs.500 total Rs. 900 I want reversal of charges Rs.900 and plus compensation.
