Tata Sky — Pathetic Service - No Signal since past 6 days

Writing this mail after lot of disappointment, I am using Tata Sky since past couple of months, use to do recharge for 6 months pack. But since past few days I'am unable to see anything on TV as your telecast services are affected. When I called your dealer he said that you guys are shifting from some old satellite to new one...!!! My question is when you were suppose to do such activity, then why customer should suffer. You should have thought about some backup plan...!!! I'm unable to watch TV since past 6 days, even after paying for 6 months pack. No one is coming to attend the registered complaint (which was done by giving miss call on your number- [protected]) I am really very disappointed with the services of Tata Sky...!!! Will surely not recommend Tata Sky for installation to any of my friends/relatives.
