Tata Sky — Pathetic service provided | |||
I am having a night mare with the Tata sky services. I had raised a request to transfer tata sky connection to my new address on 1 st of April. After multiple followups also they re not ready to help me in any way. I have taken 2 connections and am charged 1000 bucks per month. one engineer called and told me to carry the set up box and go to the new address which I did. but some one needs to have that connected in the new address. again after multiple followups I am told they only work 11 to 5. now I get it with the pathetic service they are providing this is no surprise. Me being a working person and not as lucky and dishonest as tata sky team need to be at office a 9 and come back at 7. After repeated requests I was told this can be done this weekend and then no body turned up. I asked for a cancellation of the connection and was told somebody will contact me. Again no body calls. With all this ruckus on they have been charging me regularly and have paid Rs300 without even watching a single channel.
