Tata Sky — Pathetic servise and call center of TATASKY, feeling guilty by using it from last 4 years

I have shifted my locations in Noida extension and since than this tatasky become my day topic. dont know how come thier service become so pathetic. i am chasing them from last 4 days to fix my tatasky issue but no answer. i am using tatasky from last 4 years and was the happy customer till 14th of this month.i have 2 HD connection of tatasky along with one recorder. and today i am like helpless by chasing them from 4 days to get my Tata sky working. Surprisingly they have credited my account by 3 days due to non closing the complain in given times...i don't want their 3 days free, i want that my Tatasky should work. if they are so worried and feeling sorry they should send somebody to solve my problem. no body, even thier senior management has call me for my problem.
