[Resolved] Tata Sky — pathetic support services and customer redressal mechanism | |||
Had raised a request for relocation of tata sky connection and inspite of confirmation of time of service no one came and on repeated follow ups the executives and customer care showed their in ability to take any action. Best part is customer care denied to register the complaint stating that the connection is in deactivated state, though they are taking requests for relocation of connection. Its simply whereever money is there they are willing to take request and whenever there are complaints or service expectation they simply find excuses. Not expected from a reputed company like tata. Management to seriously look as its impacting a brand of one of the veterans in the corporate world Was this information helpful? | |||
